To give employees a smooth start, we assign them an experienced colleague during the induction phase, in addition to their manager. Through this ‘Buddy System’, young professionals are rapidly and professionally prepared for their tasks. We also offer training and staff development programs to our employees.
The best time to apply is now. A variety of exciting job possibilities await graduates of technical schools like higher technical college or universities, in the sectors of mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electronics, software and information technology. They are based at our sites in Vienna and Brunn am Gebirge but in some fields, there is also the possibility to gain experience through overseas business trips – particularly to Asia and the USA.
